Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially Frederico who gave us helpful information on avoiding ZTLs in Montepulciano, information on other places to visit, and who arranged a lovely winery tour for us. Marzio was helpful as well. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large balcony and lovely view. Very clean. Excellent location. Great food in the restaurant and Georgia was also very nice. Would definitely come back if traveling in this area again! "

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "

"Amazing place, will come back. Everything you would want from a visit to Tuscany. Warm people, delicious food and amazing ambiance. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had excellent hot water. Rooms opened up to private courtyard. Restaurant meals were delicious, service was impressive and food portions were great. Thank you for taking good care of our family of 5."
