"Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel."

"I stayed in a single room at the Bristol Hotel for 6 nights in April and would happily stay there again. The room was clean, serviced daily, had a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar available and I found the bed very comfortable. The room is compact but I was not in it most of the day so I had no need of a large amount of floorspace. There was a notice in the room indicating Swiss environmental guidelines restricts operation of air conditioning to within certain temperature parameters. This didn’t bother me as I left the window of the bathroom open a little overnight anyway to keep some fresh air circulating. The daily continental breakfast was tasty and filling and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. "
