"I had a short, but pleasant stay at the Sofitel. I was especially grateful to the concierge, Phillip Schetter, who provided terrific guidance in helping me plan my one day in the city. He spent time mapping it out for me and sharing tips/background on the sites. The staff, in general, was really superb. Friendly, professional and helpful. "Had an issue with noise from the air con in my room. A member of the facilities team had a look, decided it couldn't be fixed, so I was given an upgraded room which was a very nice touch. Breakfast is pretty decent with lots of options. I was there for the marahn and the location is superb for that. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms a little tired but comfy mattress (pillows a little soft for me). Would stay again if in Frankfurt."
