"Although technically a studio, the property felt spacious. It is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Winterton-On-Sea at Xmas was something of a leap into the unknown for us. "Caister itself was very pleasant and the beach was beautiful. The accommodation was perfect, a Georgian style house split down the middle and totally refurbished. "We had wonderful communication with Emily before our arrival. Her check in details were precise and clear to follow. We had asked about an ironing board and Emily had very kindly left one outside the apartment the next morning. The apartment is situated in a small, gated complex with a dedicated parking stall for the unit. We were really happy with the size of the apartment and the closeness to downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. We were there for 9 days and had some great sunny periods....

Well situated near the lighthouse for a robust walk down to the sea and town etc. we found it perfect, but lots of steps and steep slopes so Not great for people with limited mobility. The studio had a couple of modern electric wall heaters but they struggled to get up to a decent temp even though outside temp was around 11 deg . First evening was cool to stay...
