"We had a balcony over looking the ocean. It was clean, it was a suite. Lots of furniture, desk, soft comfortable beds. I loved the outdoor hot tub in December, it was hot and amazing. The breakfast was very good. It was close to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. "

"Amazing! Marc Anthony at the front desk was awesome, attentive, courteous, and genuine. Melvin, the bartender at Bar San Luis was equally amazing. We enjoyed the VIP package and the view from the room and balcony was amazing. Yeah....everything was amazing. I treated my wife and mother-in-law to a much needed weekend. They enjoyed tbemswlves . 🙏❤️ It was all decked out for Christmas. The whole hotel smells like a spa. We'll be back"

"We spent one night here while waiting to go on a cruise. The arrival was wonderful. The staff went well above what was necessary. We had to have some items dropped off via Amazon and instacart and they were wonderful and making sure we received them. The afternoon staff person that's a different story. I have talked to the property about this. But don't let one rotten apple ruin the bunch. The room was wonderful could use a little touch of paint here or there. The breakfast was great could have used a little bit more sustainability. But I will say the fruit was phenomenal that they offered. "
