"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast. The location was exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to explore and enjoy small towns and local wineries, yet able to visit Pisa and the coast as well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend the accommodations for anyone looking for a simple yet beautiful stay in the Tuscany region."

"We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))"

"Incredible villa - couldn't recommend enough. Set down a country path, in a small village, the villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside, vineyards and quaint Tuscan villages. There is even a Michelin starred restaurant in the village. The villa itself is large, with 4 bathrooms and ample space for a family, as well as a large kitchen and outside grill and eating area. The pool is excellent and shared with a couple of other villas. In a heartbeat, would stay again! Thanks to Alfredo for making the stay so smooth."

"first of all the good: VIEW was as pictured . over the top amazing ! the apartment itself was cute and cozy and the location good. the hosts very nice people greeted us warmly . HOWEVER we felt the description was misleading at best. the owners need to be more clear about this place and say it is NOT private instead of saying it is. The pool is shared with another apartment and the owners so at least 4 and at times many more.. and we were surprised given the multiple times the listing said "private" given the small space we were all on top of each other . Even the little sunroom was used at times by the owners. they had a big dinner party one night, they used the pool all day and although they have a right to do that we felt the description didn't say that so we felt misled the apartment has NO AIR CONDITIONING and no screens on windows so with temperatures reaching 95 we were hot had to open windows no cross breeze and bugs everywhere . we ended up leaving early and going to florence . it was impossible to stay inside and as i mentioned before because everyone was on top of each other not comfortable to be outside or even have a private momentso you can't stay inside and you can't go outside . finally the WIFI only worked outside or intermittently in the living room. never reached the bedroom and they didn't seem bothered about it when i told them ... they told me to connect at the loggia . the price is good the view is amazing but we would never rent here again."

"We loved our week in the Alba apartment. Podere Costantino is a very peaceful beautiful place to stay in the countryside. Relaxed at the refreshing pool after returning from daytrips to the San Vincenzo beach, Firenze, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano (must see!) Mara and Franco are very sweet and welcoming hosts. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon! Saluti da Curacao"
