"We loved it here. The pool is great. Big and deep enough to swim in. an outdoor grill area makes BBQs easy. Beautiful villa and garden. 25 mins drive to Peniche for surfing. 10 mins to Obidos. Joao met us and was helpful showing us the villa and recommended attractions nearby. Thank you. "

"I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! "Das großzügige Haus, ist sehr neuwertig und schön. Kleine Probleme wurden fast alle sofort gelöst. Da das Haus etwas abgeschieden vom Meer liegt, dachten wir, es wäre ruhiger. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen leider an einer Durchgangsstraße, die auch Nachts stark und schnell befahren wird. Fenster öffnen ist unmöglich. Die super leise Klimaanlage hat das Problem gelöst. Tempolimit würde allen guttun."

"We loved the house , modern, tastefully decorated. Fab garden and nice and quiet as is the resort. Local beach is 10 mins away by car and stunning. More like a surfing beach as waves are huge. Definitely recommend the house. The resort has a great golf course, some tennis and oaddle courts and a club house. A great week for my family"

The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets. "

"The manager, Vera, is superb. She was able to set up boat rides, Fado evening, restaurants, and a fabulous wine tasting, and was always helpful and wonderful. The pool is super, the house could use window screens and fans in every room, and the owner should make sure all closets are empty. The wine from the estate is fantastic."

"This property is huge and is in an excellent location for exploring this region of Portugal. The views from this villa are just breathtaking and you would never get tired of them. A car is a must as it is located at the edge of a quiet hilltop village but there is lots to see and do within short driving distance in any direction. "The villa is beautifully stylish and clean , well equipped with everything you need, apart from a kettle , we had to go and buy one . Disappointed with the location, not a lot around , quiet and a long walk to the beach , quite steep , which was unsuitable for the older family members. Pool was lovely, good size and lots of pool inflatables, plenty of seating around and loads of towels to use .Car is essential. "
