"The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!"

"We had a great stay at the villa. It is brand new and very high quality. The villa itself is very large with lots of room in the kitchen and living area. The outdoor area is great. A large pool with great outdoor seating areas (including a BBQ) as well as a petanque area and basketball area! The villa is very close to the beaches (only a short walk) and maybe a 5-10 minute drive to Les Portes-en-Re. "Great location for family to unwind together with short walk to the beach and wooded area which was great for dog walks. Property was a good size for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Could do with a bit of TLC, few items were broken or unserviceable, ie sunlounges, pool table (warped), radiator not working. Lighting was hard to read by, but cosy. Not as clean as we would expect, Sheets had a stain on one bed and parts of the garden required attention. A warning about mosquitos would be useful, not sure if...

"Sabrina’s villa was truly fantastic! We stay in villas every year in France and this was the best by far! The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable. "Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"The property is excellently located and has sufficient space and amenities to cater for 8 people comfortably and 10 if you have younger children- not babies. The pool is immaculately well kept and a few things like the hedge positioning and outside shower and toilet for pool use make this a fantastic place to stay for your trip to Ile de Re! Bike hire and easily accessible bike paths throughout the island and the La Noue market a very short distance away, leave your with very little to think...

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
