"Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire agréable, cependant la propreté du logement n'était pas optimale et la piscine était vraiment froide alors que c'était la raison principale de notre réservation, mais nous nous y sommes baignés au début seulement et pour la suite nous sommes allés à la plage car l'océan nous semblait moins froid. Dommage. Sinon on a bien profité du court de tennis en famille, et l'environnement est très calme. "

"The property is delightfully situated, in the grounds of the owners house. They were very pleasant and helpful. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean, it is well equipped. So much to see in the area. The Owners Direct site needs to be amended on page 5 where it states Air conditioning which it does not have, also towels provided, this would be at extra cost. Also on page 5 ocean front which is not so. This did not detract from our visit Eric & Monique were very pleasant about what may be...

"Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir pour un week-end familial près de La Rochelle. Après des échanges durant la semaine pour organiser notre arrivée, et l'envoi d'un mail d'explication de Madame JOURDAIN. L'arrivée à été conforme à ce qui avait été convenu. Accueil très chaleureux. Madame JOURDAIN a été disponible tout le week-end si besoin. Le logement, propre et adapté pour toute la famille correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le petit plus pour les enfants (et les grands), le jardin...

If I have one suggestion, it would be to include some kitchen basics - bin liners, washing up liquid and a couple cloths. These have all been at other similar properties. Other than that everything was very good."

"A really beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The gite is so clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool is great and so peaceful. Close to so many lovely places to visit. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Woche im Appartement. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Pool war immer verfügbar und hatte eine gute Wasserqualität. Leider konnte ich den Host nach unserem Verlassen nicht mehr erreichen. Ich hatte etwas Werthaltiges in der Unterkunft vergessen. Es wäre schön und wichtig, bitte noch einmal Kontakt aufzunehmen."

"Nous avons sejourné dans cette maison pendant 3 jours, nous étions 3 familles. Séjour compliqué... La maison était très sale à notre arrivée, intérieurement comme extérieurement. Une maison laissée à l abandon, avec de l électroménager HS, peu de vaisselle, des toilettes HS, des chambres sans lumière, des robinetteries usées à ne plus pouvoir les fermer, une odeur de moisissure... Même si la maison est bien placée par rapport au centre ville, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement."

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
