"I understand that Val d'Isere is expensive. However, when you run a property without anybody attending the property, you have to communicate very well. The conditions must be clearly written. I could not par a car on the arrival because the code is wrong. They finally got it right after a few messages including ask a guard at the property. I have tried to ask as many people as possible at the property for information including a cleaner. The cleaner explained to me where to put the key...

"The resort is located in a great location with plenty of parking along the main road directly outside the apartments. Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift. "Le logement pourrait être parfait mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Ce qui recouvre le canapé est plein d’auréole, de tâches. La table était colante et mon éponge noire après un premier nettoyage. Le manche de la poêle est cassé, les ustensiles cuisine sont plus que minimum. La tringle à rideau est cassée et le chauffage dans la pièce est au minimum. Il fait donc froid dans l’appartement. Il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes ouverte car dans ces pièces c’est une étuve....
