From then on registration and other communication was flawless. Customer service by email during the stay was responsive. "We were happy with the space and the convenience of the location. It was just in a very, very noisy neighborhood. "

"The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

"Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. "Spacious, newer rooms with furnished kitchenette. Small hiccup with self check-in but was able to walk up to the Best Western to get checked in. Grocery store in walking distance. Short drive to cute town. Easy access to drive to southern Bavarian towns."
