"My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly wonderful stay and amazing staff!!!! So thank you to them for making our holiday even more beautiful!!!"

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "Basic rooms for basic price Yes they are refitting and refurbishing some rooms bit by bit but still lots to do ..pool area a bit grubby so didn't use Alot of furniture was dated and mismatched We was a couple and put in a room with four single beds and room with double bed would have been better more comfy it felt like student quarters But local to amenities ,doubt would stay again"
