"Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel. "

"Nice, basic. No pool towels you need your own. Basic breakfast, pleasant. Nice comfortable sized room but view was a wall opposite. Stood in the bath to open the bathroom window, loads of hair came out the plug hole. Kettle - but no tea bags/coffee you need your own, pool small but nice, comfy loungers. Nice seating area with pool table. Supermarket next door handy for drinks and snacks. Reasonable value but better hotels available for the same price in similar area. "

However, there were several aspects to improve, starting with the check-in (quick and cold with no explanation about services or whatsoever). "The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package. "

"Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. Mine are 13-14years and we ended up going to Waterworld anyway. Staff here are very friendly and attentive & cannot do enough for you. Overall fantastic holiday & hotel."
