"The maids need to learn to knock on the door before entering. We were caught by surprise a few times whilst showering and dressing by them walking in on us without checking if we were in the room, let alone decent! Great location."

"A relatively small but classy establishment. The staff were absolutely charming and wonderful down to the last person. There is a very good gym for both cardio and weight training. I used the spa for a facial and massage and the staff were wonderful and provided a really top notch experience. A very very extensive buffet breakfast, though it is the same options every day, and there are 2 restaurants for dinner, with lots of very high end fine dining options within a short distance. I found my whole experience there relaxing and pleasant."
