"Clean and efficient. 2 blocks from train line, grocery stores and a small amount of restaurants. Really anywhere you stay in Tokyo central you will be training it to each place you want to see. A little far to see the south end of Japan and so we will return. Hot water, big shower, efficient washing machine. Rice cooker kettle and microwave, small fridge. 2 burner stove. We found it suitable for our needs. "

"We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. "There isn’t a lot of reviews of this place so I was hesitant, but it was a nice place. The hallway looks a bit grim, but the room was great. The room had a pretty small bathroom with no bidet sadly, but there was a microwave and stove too which is rare. Overall I’m super happy with the hotel and its proximity to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling solo. "

"This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy."

The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. "We had a great stay here. It is not on a Tokyo metro line but it is close to a private train line. Not hard to find but we didn't get any directions to the property so we got a bit lost on the first day.The bed frames are not screwed together properly so I had to purchase some screws and a screw driver to make sure the beds don't collapse.Other than that the unit was nice and we fit 4 people with no issues."
