"The property itself was in good condition but the room needs some basic maintenance. The shower acted like a bath as the drain was partly clogged. Also a couple of shower curtain hooks were broken. Also the shower head had a stray stream of water that always managed to find its way onto the floor outside the tub. But the convenient shuttle to Haneda and the free breakfast and view of the lake and other amenities more than outweighed these few maintenance glitches! "

"The first time when we checked in the room given was very modern and appealing. However a week later when we checked in again the room assigned was on the 9th floor and to our surprise it didn’t feel as it the same hotel as before. The room was very small with old furniture, bathroom was very old fashioned even the paint on the walls looked ages old. So shocked to see the difference between the floors and the rooms in the same hotel. "

"Awesome hotel. We had a lovely stay. The facility is quite accessible to almost everything you need. Right next to the train station. Easy access to and from Haneda Airport. Staff were friendly and polite. Very safe neighborhood. Plenty of food and shopping around the area. Cannot ask for a better accommodation than this hotel. Thank you. "
