"On arriving at the airport for our free hotel transfer we were advised they had moved us to a completely different hotel with no pool. On complaining, they moved us to another with a pool. We were told by the agent the hotel we booked had smelly rooms. This all created unnecessary stress and a large amount of distrust. Very poor experience for our first hour in Egypt. "

"The property is very clean. Staff are cheerful and helpful. When you ask for help, they respond quickly and solve the problem The only problem is the internet is very weak."

"The hotel is close to the Airport however, they do not offer transportation nor will arrange it for you. I used UBER which was tricky to find a good pickup area for Terminal Two. I recommend Gate 5 as Gate 7 is so crowded. It cost about $3 to use UBER to get to the Hotel. I was advised not to use Taxis as they rip you off. "

Top Accommodation at a Great Price

"Bed was really comfy, soft and cosy, probably better than my own! Shower was a walk-in, powerful rain-head shower. Fridge in room. I did book a standard room but they upgraded us to a better room. Restaurants are good, cheap fare - we ate at the Italian and the casual restaurant. Pizza, carbonara, steak sandwich and ham & cheese toastie all recommended - all of which were only a few hundred EGY each - like £4/$5 - for a massive main course portion. Maybe £2.50 for a big bottle of local Stella. They have posher restaurants as well, but didn't try those. Airport shuttle is free and runs every half hour. We got it form the hotel to the terminal (5 mins journey), can't comment on how to go the other way. As a great airport hotel I would stay here every time. Worth it especially for a night without a traffic nightmare drive from downtown Cairo at stupid o'clock in the morning. "

"The rooms were nice and staff very helpful, really doing their outmost. Breakfast at rooftop in a chilly morning with the pyramids and sphinx right before your eyes was a fine experience. I can highly recommend the guided tours they offered. We had a full day for two with guide and driver both in the pyramid area and Cairo which gave us two amazing days with Amina (fantastic!). "
