"I had friends from out of town visiting, and we wanted to stay by the beach. This rental has a direct pathway to the beach and unit pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There was enough room for all seven of us, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach and pool. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants in Isle of Palms, so no need to worry about additional parking. I highly recommend this rental."

"Condo picture on VRBO is not the condo you rent! Arrived Sunday afternoon, Cable and Internet were down. Real hasel between VRBO and Vacasa the the condo management company. Transfered multiple times and multiple days between Vacasa local office and HQ office. Issue not fixed for 2 days! Not the way I want to spend my vacation! Condo bed was terrible, bathroom old and needs work, AC return vent was filthy! Overall condo is in need of deep cleaning and upgrade. We will not go back."

"The owner and management were very helpful responsive to any of our questions. The kitchen is wonderfully supplied with everything. Beautiful location and the tennis courts, pickleball and pool were terrific. Loved out stay!!"

"I am very picky about the cleanliness of vacation rentals but this one checked all the boxes! Rental company was responsive and friendly, location was great and rental itself was well appointed, super clean, & has everything we needed for a 3 day vaca. Will definitely be back to this one!"

"It was a nice property however it did need a little refurbishment in several areas. Most of the ceiling had mold and so need some attention. The swing bench on the porch also is loose and ready to break on one side. "

"I've stayed at a few of the Sea Cabins over the last several years, I'd highly recommend this unit. It is one of the cleanest places I've stayed at here. Perfect short walk to the beach and pool. All the appliances needed to not eat out every day, but also close to several local establishments. Plenty of bathroom towels and linens/pillows provided for a week stay. Also, it was so nice having a working ice maker in the freezer, you don't realize how nice this is until filling a cooler twice...
