"A great place to stay between flights or if you have to travel elsewhere the next day/evening! It's a five minute walk from Terminal 1 (covered walkways) and two minutes walking from the trains/buses to other parts of Japan. The hotel itself is very quiet, super clean, and good value for the money. There's a convenience store right outside the entrance of the hotel, and some restaurants as well. If I arrive on a later flight to Osaka in the future, I will 100% be staying here again if I need to travel elsewhere the next day."

"The room is very clean and the staff are friendly and speak English and Japanese well. There is an airport shuttle to and from the airport. I want to note to arrive to the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early. There is a convenience store called FamilyMart directly connected to the hotel which is nice for late night snacks. Besides that, the area is quite removed from the city of Osaka. There is an outlet mall nearby."

"Most impressive is the staff named "Mariko" at the Reception. Mariko-san is very efficient, attentive, service-minded, and helpful indeed. I am very impressed with the way Mariko-san assisted me in searching more information about the train schedule (very fast, clear and complete) and this really helped me a lot and made me want to go back to stay at this hotel again and again."
