"This hotel lived up to the great ratings it has received...and then some. Every employee we encountered was warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the rooms lovely. Best was all the elephant themed art work throughout the property. It was like walking in a modern art museum!"

"A little bit of frustration as it could be a gem, but the attention to details in the room make it average. Service was excellent, food was superb and properly priced, rooms were big and well designed, the flaw lies in the attention to details. Mosquito marks on the walls, cracks not plastered, gaps in doors that allowed bugs and animals (geckos and frogs) to come inside, mosquito net in shower room with wide gaps…I would be expecting this not to happen in a 4 star hotel"

"They do not seem to be well organized. I was looked out of my room for an hour and half with my son. It took 5 guys to come and they still took forever to get the door open. I felt like my son and I were the only two guest and I honestly didn't like that. They kept calling asking if I wanted my room clean. "Firstly I would like to say that the family are very friendly and lovely people however I must point out how poor our stay was . This hotel is over 5km from the Main Road where the restaurants and shops are located . The hotel is on a dirt road and not suitable if you don’t have your own transport . Tuk tuks charged 950 rupees and none of the drivers knew where it was and we had to direct them. Our room had no mini fridge which is absolutely essential when the nearest place to buy water is 5...
