"It is a really nice oft and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Glad to have gated parking. There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay. "The booking process was a mess. Its not explained at all on the booking. The apartment was not clean! There was green stuff all over the bed. Stained bedding and pillows! Burn holes in the carpet! Burn hole in the toilet seat. There was a glob of hair in the silverware drawer! Contacted the property manager and their solution was to contact the housekeeping team. My solution was not to stay and request a refund. They immediately directed me to VRBO and stopped communicating. DONT DEAL WITH THEM!"

"The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one."

"Place was just as listed and enjoyed our stay very much, but a few little things. Could have been a little cleaner( dead bugs in window sills, to be fair those bugs were everywhere outside) and the kitchen could use a few cups, maybe some wine glasses and a few plates."

"Perfect stay! YOU GET THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR OF THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF!! When I booked it, I thought I only had one bedroom of several. Actually I had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, my own bathroom, all super clean and tidy. And I was only one person! Brian and his wife and lovely and welcoming, very interesting to chat with. Super quiet location, across the street from beautiful Lake Erie. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful time staying in the house! It was perfect place for our family reunion and birthday celebration. The kitchen was conveniently located adjacent to the dining area, which allowed us to all eat together. Adults all slept in king-size beds. And the kids loved the bunk room. IIf we ever return to Cleveland, I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Highly recommend. "
