"This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard. I highly recommend for this reason alone, but the comforts of the hotel didn’t disappoint! "

"The Drury Hotel in Cleveland has a wonderful location. It is only a block away from the lake shore and also to downtown. Great place to stay with large green area with seating. Right by the large, beautiful fountain. Really enjoyed our stay here."

"The only issue was checking in. They had an issue with the checking in of one customer and 2 customers waited more than 35 minutes to checkin because of only one person available to help customers. "
