"We had a pleasant stay. Property is in a great location, on the lake and close to Keuka College. There is a futon for additional guests, but due to comfort of futon and size of bathroom, space is probably better suited for 1 guest or a couple. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and cost is certainly reasonable for accommodations provided. Host is kind and responsive."

"We had an amazing visit for a weekend girls trip. It was very easy to check in, the property was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect. Walkable to everything we needed and only a short ride to some of the wineries we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not work well so sleeping was uncomfortable since it was a warm during our stay. Otherwise, highly recommend!!"
