"Lovely gite in a nice village. Good base for exploring the surrounding areas. Michel was very easy to contact and very flexible with our needs. Garden was spectacular. Only recommendation would be for another comfortable sofa/armchair as for a family of 5, one settee wasn’t quite enough. Overall a great stay, would recommend!"

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Émilie dans cette charmante commune d'Asté. Le logement est conforme à sa description. On y est au calme et c'était un plaisir d'y passer ces quelques jours. Les activités autour d'Asté sont nombreuses. Nous avons pu profiter : - des grottes de Medous. - de balades autour du Tourmalet et du Chiroulet. Vraiment un super séjour ! Merci."

"No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40...

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The views were incredible and it was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, but be warned you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is not made clear when you book. The floorboards are a little squeaky and there are no comfy chairs outside to sit and admire that gorgeous view from, but apart from that, it was very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was immaculately clean. Philippe was a very welcoming host."

"Had a great week, but if you are expecting cafes and things to do apart from cycling and looking at the view there is none. The gite is lovely well stocked though it would have been nice to have a few games like Scrabble available. There is a new house to the left of the gite which the photos in the site do not show at present, and there is no privacy on the terrace from this house . However for us it worked fine. To get to a boulangerie and the closest shop takes at least 10 minutes to get to,...
