"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"Overall the apartment was well situated and had the bare minimum basics. We thought we paid for sheets and towels and had to pay extra on sight, which was a bummer. The towels reeked of smoke so we had to wash them and didn’t have hand towels. The kids bunk beds appear to have bedbugs, my daughter had bites and we have had to do major cleaning as a result. "

"We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. Annie was the most caring and accommodating host I have encountered. She made us feel right at home and even provided us with beautiful crepes and jam. "Superbe appartement spacieux. Neuf, très bien équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour. Décoration et confort sont irréprochables. L'appartement est idéalement situé que l'on soit cycliste, randonneur ou "simple touriste". En retrait de la route du Tourmalet la quiétude règne, au milieu des champs et la vue sur les montagne. Un petit local à vélo pourrait être un plus ainsi que quelques transats pour celles et ceux qui voudraient profiter du soleil en contemplant les montagnes....

"Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some."
