"I made the booking but found it difficult to contact the hosts but this was resolved by using their WhatsApp number on their Facebook page. After that the host was very responsive and helpful. She showed us around the apartment and how everything worked including Netflix. The apartment is large and light, the bed comfortable, wifi good but the kitchen and bathroom could do with some attention. Having said that, it was a good base for El Calafate, near a great bakery and there was a supermarket...

"Everything went well. The staff was especially nice and helpful. I was on the ground floor near the lobby and sometimes I could hear the noise, so I suggest a room further from there if you are sensitive to that. The walls are thin. I hear me people having sex one night. I did not care for that. But that was not the hotel’s fault. Bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to movie. "
