"Fabulous hostel, really warm mid winter - both in the room and common areas, fireplace, the dogs were an unexpected boon! Modern rooms with excellent floor heating - exactly what you want/need after a long day out in Patagonian winter! Good food in the restaurant (arepas!), hot dishes included in the free breakfast, amazing views, reasonably-priced laundry service. Short walk to the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be happier."

"Santiago and all the staff went above and beyond during our three night stay. The rooms and amenities are basic but the hotel is very clean and the daily breakfast was wonderful. We were served fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, juice, coffee and tea and yogurt. The hotel has a beautiful garden and is walking distance to the centre of town. When we have difficulty with an expedition we had organized, Santiago spent a lot of time with us, trying to assist us by phone, email and even went into town....
