"Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needed some TLC. Overall, we had a very good experience in this hotel. "

All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...
