"Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute."

"We were actually called the day before to change hotels to As Americas a 4 start hotel for the same price. 10 minutes walk from the Aveiro canals though. The hotel was very nice but we only had a view of a roof. The kingsize bed was hard a rock but very clean and nice bathroom. The room had a humid musty smell so I advise the hotel to air out any rooms before a client checks in. There was excellent free breakfast and free onsite parking. The service was also excellent. "Located just a few minutes walk from the train station. Easy walk to the Forum shopping mall, restaurants n the ruver front. Front staff speaks English n was very plesant n helpful."
