"Excellent location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Restaurants near or in walking distance. Staff were very professional and courteous. Room was lovely and clean! We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening. Restaurant on location with basic food but price and food was decent. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. "

"The location of this hotel is perfect-it's near everything you would need and want to see and right across the street from the Metro or you can take Uber anywhere as well. We were very impressed by the staff here. They are friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. This hotel is clean and modern. My daughter and I were happy staying here and will come back again!
