"The premises were well kept and clean. The outside area was nice to walk around and quiet. The only downside I found was the toilet in our room was very low compared to some of the other rooms our friends were staying in. "

"Made us feel welcome at Reception, helped with the reduced rate car parking. Room in good condition, had the essentials we needed. Great & close location to The Engine Shed at the Uni, for a music gig. And no more than 10 minutes walk to the city centre shops and restaurants. "

My only criticism was the mattress and we changed rooms as decided to stay longer and they were both the same. They seemed to sag and we ended up rolling in the middle and I have suffered from lower back pain ever since. The hotel is in the middle of an upgrade so hopefully invest in new mattresses! "
