"After flying for 20 h, I arrived to this place to find nobody except for clouds of hungry mosquitos. I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. We went with my 80 plus y/o parents and my 10 y/o daughter to a hotel and as you can imagine, finding a hotel in Rome in the middle of the summer without reservation is not easy. "I like the fact that the location was great closed to. Everything walking distance the only thing that was a problem is that the picture chowing the entrance but is another door in the butom of the stairs and it was closed so we couldn’t find the place and the names of the place is written in small print next to the ring buzzer that was a little issue I’m just whanted to let you know otherwise love the place thank you"

"The property is on a nice quiet street and very close to St. Peter’s. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, good shower and so nice to have a balcony. The hair dryer could use an upgrade, and there is no iron or steamer available in the room. I called down to the front desk and unless you use laundry service, also not available. Having access to an iron while traveling is important. We were asked if we wanted to add a €25 tip on the bill for the staff when we checked out which we found...

"We loved the property and our room. The room had a heating system but no AC, but given the time of the year it was perfect. We had the windows open most of the night to let the room cool down. The hotel had an easy walk to the bus stop and train. The staff was nice and friendly. Would def stay there again. "
