The room was great except you can hear the pkumbing from the other rooms but nothing too bothersome it was very clean and very close to the St. Peters Basilica. A less than 5 min walk.

There is no staff when you are at this hotel. Very difficult to park and drop off luggage. Big plus is it is a less than 10 minute walk to the Vatican

Where do I start. Every time I had another communication it was more money. Late check in €15. The checkout is 10:30 am and if you’re late €25. There is even a charge for baggage storage. You can’t ring the hotel onsite. If your phone dies and you can’t access WhatsApp you’re pretty much out of luck. We didn’t realize there were two sets of keys when we left for late dinner and during that time my phone died. We could not get into the building and no buzzer or person to call. A disaster. It’s pretty much a backpacker hostel. Our room had an odd smell and did not look like the photos at all.

The only problem was having to use Whatsapp to get into the room. I had been sent the instructions on my email the night before, but I hadn't had wifi all day or even knew to check my email. It's just worth knowing this isn't a hotel with a staff, this is a Airbnb situation with a completely remote host

Great communication, suggestions, and overall ease! This location had a small elevator that fit 2 people with a bag each. There are a few stairs from the street entrance to the location of the elevator. The bed was very comfortable!

Nice place! It was quiet and clean! The owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near the Vatican. The taxi stand was just across the street. There are numerous restaurants and bars (coffee shops) within a five minute walk.

Nice place to stay in Rome

Very nice host. The location is very walkable to the Vatican City and there is a bus stop right across the street that goes to city center of Rome. The building is a bit old but the rooms are cleaned everyday.

Cumbersome check-in, basic room, misleading and missing information on the booking site (e.g. no mention of “late” check-in and luggage storage fees at time of booking)… If you check-in after 9:00 p.m., you are charged €15; if you arrive after 10:30 p.m., you pay an extra €25. It is unlikely that I will not return to this property.
