Beautiful apartment located at 10 minutes walking from the Vatican and the center of Trastevere.
Well connected to the historical center by bus lines that you can find just outside the main door.
This apartment has been recently restored, it is on the first floor of a modern building with lift.

decorated, the accommodation has elegant white marble floors,
prestigious furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well kept and
offers a welcoming atmosphere with a lot of paintings, artistic object
and family memories.
From the entrance you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a small balcony
connected to one of the bedrooms. Following, the fully equipped and
spacious kitchen has also a breakfast table.
The sleeping area features 5 bedrooms. Three bathrooms in total, the third one is in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, flower decorations and TV.
The owner is a perfect host and this home is ideal for a big family or a group.
If you wish not to use the sofa bed, on request the owner can add two single beds in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located in an elegant and modern building 600 meters from the Vatican City and St. Peter's, the nearest metro station 300 meters away, and the nearest bus stop right in front of the entrance, which connects 'Chez Nana' with all the most important areas of Rome.
Less than 100 meters from 'Chez Nana' you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, patisserie, bar, supermarkets open 7/7 24 / 24h, newsagents etc ...

The apartment, air conditioned, soundproofed, completely renovated, continues with hot water with an area of 145 square meters, very bright and quiet, is on the first floor with a lift. The advantages of accommodation:
'If you come by car, parking is easy and free. Otherwise you have 2 bus lines in front of the door to go where you want and the Metro station is 300 meters away. However San Pietro, the Vatican and the center of Rome are very close and easily reachable on foot. Do you want to eat at home? The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, quality cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. etc.) and the large and elegant dining-living room can comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 people. Do you like to be always updated on everything? You will find a TV in each bedroom and a SKY satellite TV in the living room. Do you need a PC? We have it, it's free and it's connected 24/24. Do you suffer from heat or cold? All rooms are air conditioned. And to ensure peace of mind they are also soundproofed. And now look carefully at all the photos. Are fine? The apartment is even more so. It is very spacious, bright, elegant, very well-kept, with 3 bathrooms with zero risk of running out of hot water thanks to a continuous cycle system, a washer / dryer, a library available to guests, a flowered terrace where you can have breakfast outside.

Amazing Home and Host
We had an amazing stay at Adrian's home. We were due to arrive prior to the regular check in time and Adriana was extremely accomodating of that. She also arranged transportation for us from the Cruise Port to her home. Then again when we were checking out getting us to the airport. This was such a help and she prearraged it prior to us arriving. The home was so spacious, clean, and had everything anyone would ever require. The location felt very safe and there is a bus stop and shops all around you for groceries, lunch and dinner, coffee, atms/banks. Posted within the home are suggestions on where to visit, what bus routes to take, and Adriana was so helpful and responded quickly with any questions on what routes to take. We used the local bus outside the home a few steps away from the residence to get us to everywhere we needed. We were a family of 6 ages 21 - 62. Everyone was so excited when we arrived as it was so spacious. It felt comfortable and felt like home! Thank you Adriana. We will be back! Sincerely, Crystal and Family from Canada 💕

Pre- Cruise 4 day stay in Rome
Our family was booked on a Mediterranean cruise but wanted to spend a few days in Rome prior to the cruise. Adriana was so accommodating and answered every question over the months prior to our arrival. The apartment was the perfect size for our family and location really convenient to all the site seeing we did. I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Arrivederci! Fantastic large family home
Great layout for extended families. We had an infant and 2yr old. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable and spread out nicely. Close to bus stop and Vatican but felt out of the city with a grocery, restaurant, and bakery on the block. Easy entry for many going different directions. So nice to come back to the A/C after a day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend!! Adriana was so helpful getting us taxis to and from the airport/train station/tours.

Amazing location with a short walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood had grocery store, cafe and breakfast spot. Perfect Roma Vacation
The apartment was perfect for our family group of 8. The five bedrooms gave the two couples and single kids the perfect amount of space at night. The 3 bathrooms were an added bonus. Place was clean and stocked with everything you need to cook. We all felt like it was such a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The AC was excellent and trust me you’ll need that during the Rome July. The apartment is conveniently located near Vatican City. We walked one day in 20 minutes and took the bus the other two days we went in 10. The bus stop is two minutes outside the apartment door and a different bus will take you to the main stops in the center of the city. Our rides to Trevi and the metro on the bus were all about 20-30 minutes in the Summer crowds but easy enough. Check in was especially easy and Adrianna was there in person to make sure we were good to go. She also made transport to and from the airport easy with a comfy van ride for our group. Loved our time there and can’t recommend this place enough. The pastry shop across the street was the best in the mornings too, along with a solid gelato shop and several good restaurants in short walking distance.

Adriana could not have been more accommodating, she was wonderful! My mother in law arrived into Rome much earlier than the rest of our party and Adriana coordinated to have her picked up at the airport and allowed for her to drop off her luggage at the apartment before our scheduled check in time. She also coordinated to have my sister in law picked up at the airport who arrived with her 3-year old daughter a day after the rest of us. Adriana bent over backwards to accommodate all of our requests and she was prompt to respond to our inquiries. Her apartment was spacious and comfortable and in a great location with easy access to everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend this place for other large families to stay in.

Our family of 9 stayed and enjoyed our visit Adriana was fantastic - very helpful and efficient. No problems occurred. Our one disappointment was the apt is listed as accessible which in our case made for a very difficult situation (my husband is in a portable electric wheelchair and is able to only walk 5 yards at most). His wheelchair did not fit in the lift so my sons had to carry it up and down the stairs. In our case our chair fortunately only weights 65 lbs however a scooter would not work or if you did not travel with healthy athletic family members/assistants to help you out you would not be able to stay at this apt at all. We understand that there are varying levels of disabilities and needs and though the apt is very nice, located conveniently to sights and transportation, we will not be staying there again. Please, no reflection on Adriana; just our honest review.

Adriana is an exceptional host! Kind, courteous and superbly helpful. The apartment was perfect for two families who were visiting Rome for the first time. The apartment was spotless, AC was perfect, the furnishings comfortable and all the amenities were in perfect working order. Our trip to Rome went off without a hitch because we had an amazing host. A host who ensured we were safe, orientated to the home and location, and always accessible to help or answer questions. This Host has thought of everything!
The rooms are large (larger than the photos showed) and with 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of personal space. The host was so helpful, gave us perfect recommendations, and best of all, had every little detail accounted for in the extra amenities offered. Plus there was a separate washer and dryer! Close to a bus station which made travel easy. in a quieter neighborhood with stores near by.

The apartment was extremely well organized. Adrianna was an amazing host. She and her daughter provided everything we needed. The apartment is as described and is very safe. The location to the markets/grocery stores were in walking distance. She arranged for transportation to pick us up from the airport and to bring us to the train station on departure day. She responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at her place!
