"We had a lovely 2 night stay and were able to leave the car at the property as it’s within walking distance of city centre for shopping and dining. It’s 2 min walk up the hill to Branklyn Gardens and tea room. The property is also near to Kinoull Hill and other walks. We found our room to be quiet, very comfortable and had an excellent pre ordered breakfast each morning."

"The owners are lovely people. The breakfast was outstanding! Bed was comfy, clean, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention. We enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend. "

"More like a B&B than a hotel which was very nice. Room was a good size and clean. Great water pressure in the shower unlike some of the other hotels that we stayed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included with the room but I was unaware of this until we were departing. I would stay there again."

"We wanted somewhere for 6 nights where we could prepares our own breakfasts but within easy reach of places for evening meals. With a vehicle Redlands was ideally located for the latter and also for touring and golfing in Fife and beyond."

"Delightfully quiet and peaceful traditional stone cottage. We had five nights here and were lucky to enjoy great, warm weather, The cottage has electric heating (we didn't need it) and logs for the fireplace (again, not needed during our stay). There's a supermarket a few miles away in Blairgowrie and a nice hotel/restaurant 2 miles away in Meikloeur. This was a great base for exploring forests, waterfalls, lochs and towns & villages around Perth."
