It was just that on our last day there was no electricity for almost 3 hrs in the morning because of which we missed our train connections to reach the destination (would be great if we can be compensated for that🙂). If someone was always reachable, this would have been an amazing stay because of the amazing location. Yu was very helpful and the lady responsible for cleanliness was also very helpful. ✨👌"

"This is a really superb hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the views of Lucerne (including from the little balcony of our room) were incredible. Everything about our stay was great, including the friendly and helpful staff (who were very welcoming of our cockapoo dog who travelled with us). Being up on the hill (with easy access via a funicular lift) also makes the hotel feel very safe and private. While it's obviously not the cheapest hotel around, we thought it was very good value for money. Highly recommended."
