"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"Nice location and good basic apartment style hotel. My only complaint is the base minimum ammenities. The only thing provided is a basic towel set and dish/pot and pan set. No dish soap. No toiletries. Kitchen is very basic. 2 burner cook top and oven and a small refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee maker. Cleaning is done once a week. But that is not an issue. Nice and quiet area with plenty of parking. There is 1 clothes washer and dryer available for free usage based on volunteer...

"Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. "We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. "Only problem was trying to find where to check in!! You do not check in at the address on the website and there is nothing mentioned as to where to go. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. POST THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND ADDRESS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!!"

"We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again"
