Additionally, several more family members joined us at the graduation ceremony for dinner at the property and we were all comfortable. The home was nicely decorated, clean, and had plenty of space. The property manager responded promptly when the alarm was malfunctioning and resolved it right away. We would definitely consider this property again "

"The home was an excellent stay with plenty of amenities and space for our family of 6 adults. We loved having ample parking spaces for both cars and the location was great for visiting our son and Main St. in downtown Hartselle. Would definitely stay there again!"

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you would expect in your home. The snacks, bottled water, and coffee were greatly appreciated. "This property has a VERY large, fenced backyard in a very dog friendly neighborhood. (I felt sorry for the cats next door, although they didn't seem to be bothered at all. LOL) It's in a quiet neighborhood that seemed to have a lot of military people, probably because of RSA. The house was clean, the water hot, the appliances worked. What more can you ask for?"

"This is a spacious home located on a scenic section of the Elk River. Guests may want to be aware that the road in to the property is rural and may not be suitable for all vehicles. Also the driveway is steep, so it's probably not ideal for those with elderly or limited mobility guests. Overall, an excellent place to unwind in a quiet and scenic waterfront environment. Also, it's a little ways out of town, so be sure to bring what you need with you as stores and restaurants are a few miles...

"Isiah was the Absolute Best and most accommodating renter ever. We had to come down here for an emergency situation and he was so kind! Communication was top notch. He even called a couple times to get me information I needed. Some of our family members will be making a trip down here soon and they are hoping that one of Isiah’s properties will be available.
