"We have just returned from a week away at Pigeon House. I can't fault the property - or the owners! Elaine and Adam were always quick to respond to queries and were on hand but kept a respectful distance. Pigeon House was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Elaine gave us a guided tour and showed us how everything worked. It was very well-equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely and the en-suites perfect - good showers, plenty of room (and toilet rolls!) more than enough towels and hand/body wash...

"We stayed there for 2 nights with 3 kids. The house was really nice and clean in a picturesque village. A small grocery shop a few meters away as well as a pub. We had a problem when we arrived as we didn't get the passcode from the online company but the owner was in touch and sorted out everything within a couple of minutes. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!"

"Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. We missed having a recycling bin."

"Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit "

Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed. The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. "The house was a great place to stay with lots of interesting places to visit in the area. A great deal of thought has been given to the layout of the property with three good sized bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The main room with its lovely views across the countryside was a great size with comfortable sitting and a very efficient wood burning stove. "Waw what an utterly amazing house, the beds were sooo comfortable we all slept like logs and the house is amazingly clean and spacious and there is everything you need for your stay. The garden is amazing and a space to put your dogs in if you wanted too! We took our dogs with us everywhere as they are small.
