"I don't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a late check in in good time and was told that I would receive an email with a code, I was waiting all day for the code but I didn't receive anything. I called again before starting the trip and the lady said she would send a message with the code. I traveled 3 hours with a 5 month old baby and when I arrived there was no message or email. Great Stay - Would Visit Again
"Great location. Not sure how to enter at night if not checked in, I had one guy run in the door behind me and get in the elevator with me, which is kinda sketchy considering who is hanging around the station late at night. The hotel itself was a real 4star. Laundry service was reasonable, location was superb, the hotel is very cool looking - kind of like a big air ship - and has super long hallways. I loved the bathroom tub, one button simplicity for the exact perfect temperature to get in right away. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Utrecht is a beautiful city to visit and already very busy with tourists. Wildflowers abound."
