"We were thrilled to be able to get the last room during a snow storm in Snowmass that cancelled our flight out. David and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help out. I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the staff, and the view. "

"The rooms were really old and had a run down feeling. The rugs were visibly dirty, the towels were cleaned, but had stains, and there was no clear statement (that I saw) that there is no elevator. The fireplace suites are not worth the extra cost-- the couches are old and discolored, and the fireplace was a stove- no instructions on how to use, etc. I was disappointed."
