"My wife and I headed up to Erie as first timers over the weekend and opted to stay at Peak n Peak for their fall festival. We absolutely loved the location of 4428 Camelot for the fall festivities and it was only a 20-30 minute drive to some of our dinner reservations in Erie. The owners were very quick to reply to any messages and were super helpful with recommendations! The condo was very cozy and we felt right at home! We definitely loved the property and will be staying again next time...

"We stayed in this condo for 4 days. It was in a beautiful location, centrally located between Mayville and Bemus Point on Chautauqua lake. The views were spectacular from the windows in the living room. Beds were very comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Chris quickly responded when we reached out to him with questions. I would love to return to this location. "

"We had no exact address where we were to stay. We drove around and since the entrance code was in the 8000’s we drove past homes in that neighborhood. No house number was told to us. Finally we stopped at a condo that looked empty and tried the code. Thank goodness we hit the right one. Very frustrating!!! Other than that—the condo was clean and worked out right for us."

I was raised not to go to sleep with electric space heaters on, but that seemed to be the only working provision. The gas did not appear to be turned on"
