"Great location in Notting Hill, right across from Portebello street market. The bathroom was tiny! This is a great place if you are a seasoned traveler and do not require access to a front desk for questions, directions or issues with the property as there’s no one on location if something comes up. "My husband and I booked this for a holiday stay in London and we were not disappointed. It's a great location, central to a lot of things we wanted to do and just a few blocks from Victoria Station. The pictures are pretty much what you get, a little more wear and tear from the years but still good. "Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them."

"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"Excellent condition, nothing to compare about the room. Did not like the breakfast as the lady working at the cafe did not tell me I can get hot breakfast. Instead I ended up with a cold sandwich. Plus Hotels.com charged me for two breakfasts while the hotel only has given me one coupon. So don’t purchase the breakfast 👍"

"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. "What an amazing hotel in the heart of theatre land. If you want spend time in your room then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, quiet and a place to lay your head. We personally found the bed too low but that’s an age thing. Would stay there again."

"Great hotel in the middle of the city, very accessible via the tube and buses. The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff. "

"Excellent stay. My friend and I so enjoyed returning to the hotel after day long adventures in London. The staff was phenomenal- attentive to all details: water by the bed daily, comfy room with good beds and an amazing buffet breakfast! DJ was our server our last night and he was fantastic. Will definitely be back!"
