We spent 3 nights here and throughout the whole trip, the staff were friendly and kind, the food - especially the French dinner and the breakfast - was DELICIOUS, and we loved the overall feel of the hotel. "Walking distance from Asahikawa’s JR station. Located opposite AEON Mall. Breakfast was excellent! Taste delicious! They also have a good public basement Onsen for respective gender. You may want to get a bigger room if you are carrying 2 large luggages."

"Our family stayed over for a night at the hotel to visit Daisetsuzan. Hotel is very close to the cable car in small town of Sounkyo. We were there at off-season so it was quiet. Hotel is bit old but its a nice experience to stay in traditional Japanese accommodation. Rooms and tatami mattress were fine and fits in 4 people (albeit bit tight).
