"My room was in on the 4th floor. I heard constant washer pounding every 20 minutes when the washer would go to spin cycle. My room 407 and the room next to me was just under the Laundry room located on the 5th floor. They stock the room with 2 free waters but will not bring more even if you stay more than one night. They told be to buy water in the store. Fair breakfast. Decent location of Olaya street."

"The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up."

"Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also. Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste "

"Unfortunately front desk staff not professional and well educated to handle such position, property was not clean at all, even the mattress was full with bed bugs, tea Katie extremely dirty. Last thing the giving room not the same booked room through expedia web site and when I rise up my complaint, I received very un professional feedback as well. It seems once payment done no longer your voice will reach out anyone."
