"The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the...

"Calm clean and well stocked place for a week. Had everything I would need to cook and eat in the space. Views were beautiful and comfortable. "

"They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there."

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "This is a great place to stay. No frills, but lovely spacious apartment, clean with decent facilities. The staff are lovely, they remembered us from last year! Superb location, a stones throw from the ESF ski school drop off. Excellent value - would highly recommend! "

"Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000. A bit Cheaper than equivalent in Arcs 1950 but definitely a step down in quality, service and facilities. "
