"We enjoyed the resort as a whole. Excellent restaurants, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and fun gaming activities. However, we observed a dog being allowed in the casino, the lobby and in the Signatures Bar and Grill on March 22, 2025. This was not a service dog. The resort website states that no pets are allowed. Pets should never be allowed in food areas especially. There are people who are allergic to dogs also."

"The facility is very roomy, super clean, and comfortable. It is not your average holiday inn. It is more of a convention facility and is kept up to snuff. Pool and hot tub were sparkling and not crowded and much bigger than most hotel pools. The convenience store area even has goggles for purchase for the pool! The room was spotless. Everything is very well maintained. No nasty caulk, no mold, perfect towels, Dove prefilled shampoos, soaps, and lotions. Check in was easy and the night front desk clerk was friendly and entertaining. The staff woman at breakfast couldn't have been nicer and gave us a to-go container. Breakfast was far superior to other hotels we have stayed. Well stocked and fresh. Cinnamon rolls, eggs and sausage, make your own pancakes, etc. All around a fantastic stay and wonderful staff!"

"Expectations exceeded! Perfect for a wintery early spring getaway, hot tubbing in the snow watching the clouds coast overhead. The cabin itself is well heated and features a great sound system, a well equipped kitchen, multi-tiered decks, and a fantastic panoramic view of the river valley. I appreciated the quick & kind responses to my questions prior to visiting. The only piece of advice I have is to make sure you have your check in info downloaded prior to visiting because you will have to stand at the edge of the deck to get enough service to pull up the reservation if you are as dumb as me and didn't do it beforehand. Also google maps sent us to a weird lot on the other side of the hill and we ended up navigating blind for a moment there, wasn't that bad and didn't delay us very long. Could have been because we used the street address not the geo coordinates? Anyway not a big deal. THANK YOU!"
