Waterfront Cabin overlooking the Potomac River W/ Hot Tub

Our cabin is located right on the Potomac River (shallow end) & has 2 balconies facing the water and brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Have some wine? Take a nap? The Queen bed is on an adjustable base. Our Cabin also has a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a zero gravity heated vibrating chair, electric fireplace and more. Looking to host a river wedding? Party? We can do our best to accommodate. Please let me know.

At this location, it's a perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade out to fish, snorkle, float on tubes, and much more. Also facing the water is a Private Hot Tub and an outdoor pavillion featuring a gas grill, Sink, Refrigerator, T.v, eating areas, Fire pit and plenty of yard space to play corn hole, run around, throw a blanket down, whatever your heart desires. We provide 2 kayaks. Please chain back up and bring paddles up.
Want to stay in? Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie on the 58 in smart TV with surround sound. The couch folds out to a small full-size bed, and there is a camping mat for floor sleeping.

Our cabin does have 7 seasonal RV lots(April - October) and is surrounded by other families camping and enjoying the outdoors, so you may hear music. Everyone is super friendly and will not bother you, but welcome you to hang out if you choose.

Please note *November 1st - April 1st. There is no water available in the Pavillion.

This property is off the beaten path and the water is hard. We do have the best filtration systems, water softener and a uv light to kill bacteria but rarely when the Cabin hasn't been used you "could" smell a sulfur smell that goes away with running the water.

My husband and I have a camper here that we sometimes stay in. :) We just love it here too!

A 25-30 minute drive will lead you to Berkeley Springs, Wv. Aka "America's First Spa," check out the natural springs, distinctive shops, dining, theater, live music, and holiday festivites. Berkeley Springs is known to have some of the best spas around.

Greatest Getaway
We had an amazing week at the cabin in early October. My husband and I with our two dogs enjoyed the vacant and quiet campground and had the whole place to ourselves. Our dogs enjoyed long walks throughout the day and trips to the boat launch area for swimming. They were unable to use the steep stairs to the water at the cabin but my husband and I had no issues and enjoyed the river. The home has everything you’ll need for your stay (except bedsheets) and the internet was fast with no issues. Hedgesville and Martinsburg were a lot closer than we realized which was really convenient for market trips or date nights! It was our best vacation in a while! Brandi was so easy to get in contact with and very responsive! I would recommend and intend to stay again! 10/10 for sure!

Perfect spot on the river!
We had a wonderful time and rarely left the property! We stayed during the week so the campground was quiet. The cabin is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The decks overlooking the river were a favorite spot for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. Although we did not get into the hot tub, it did look lovely. Our water time was spent in the river where we saw deer, a hawk diving and catching his dinner, fish jumping and even a beaver! We love the cabin and its location and will surely be back to stay again!

The whole weekend was amazing from showing up to a warm and cozy cabin to watching the sunset in the hot tub and finishing out the weekend watching the sun rise from the porch swing before we headed home. Can’t wait to visit again

A very relaxing stay in such a pleasant cabin. Many Zen moments, having coffee on the back deck with just the sound of the flowing river and the birds singing. Although there are RVs scattered about, we never heard a peep out of them. First rate stay!

Excellent little river-side cabin with a surprising amount of technological amenities! “Off-season” is the perfect time if you want to be completely alone, from the looks of the guest log, it seems like “peak-season” offers some great neighbors as well. Property management is very communicative and helpful also. Absolutely recommend!!

RELAXING!
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in this cabin. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The location is perfect. We were able to access the bike trails of the C & O Canal Path (30 minutes away), spent a day in DC (90 minutes away) and enjoyed the different breweries in the area. Brandi was always accessible but we really didn't need her because she had everything ready to go for us. We will definitely be back. Thanks Brandi!

Lovely river-side haven
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin over the winter holiday break! The cabin is adorable, with lots of little luxuries and thoughtful touches. And we had the whole property to ourselves, which made it the restful escape we needed. Brandi was an excellent host—very responsive whenever we needed her. We’re looking forward to going back in the summer—camp looks like it would be so much fun! One note for dog owners (please don’t read this as a deterrent): our dog was flummoxed by the stairs to the bedroom at first and required some coaxing. By the second day he was a pro, though :)

Quick getaway
Place is absolutely amazing. Location along the river is perfect. Secluded In the woods amongst a few campers. I did not see another person while I was there. Outdoor area was excellent, outdoor kitchen pavilion area and fire pit with views of the Potomac. The river was shallow enough for hours of wading out fish. Spent the nights by the fire or catfishing at the river. Didn't leave the property just took it all in. The house is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing time away from it all. Hot tub and massage chair were awesome for relaxing. If I would make any recommendations it would for for the owners to adopt me so I could be there all the time. Looking to make this an annual getaway trip.

Riverview getaway
My Husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend for our 25th Anniversary. This was perfect. It was very quiet and when there were neighbors they were super nice, even inviting us over for a campfire. The view is great, especially when you are in the porch swing with your morning coffee or evening cocktail!! We loved the outdoor kitchen. The river access isnt to bad, although our pup refused the metal stairs. Easy fix was the boat launch and with the current that seemed a better place for him to swim. The hot tub is great, and having a cover allows you to enjoy even if its raining!! This was also a great launching point to explore Berkley Springs and Harpers Ferry!! We really enjoyed our stay!!! We would definitely recommend and come back if the opportunity presented itself!

Fishing Trip in WV
Overall this cabin was a good choice due to location. The cabin is right on the river, with stairs down to it and a couple of floating docks. There is also other access points to the river adjacent to the property. It was very quiet during the weekend and the neighboring campers were very nice on the weekend. My fiancée and I do a yearly fishing trip and the fish were plentiful in the river. The owner provided towels, toiletries, and spices/dishes for cooking which was great and is fairly standard. The cabin itself was quiet and the bed was comfy. The view from the decks is great. The owner was communicative for the most part. Some downsides. The hot tub lid is as half broke when we got there (owner warned us) and fully broke after the first day there. We couldn’t get the tub above 98 degrees due to no lid. There was also a brown film on the water. Added chemicals didn’t fix. Assuming it’s from river water but still undesirable. Due to storms the power went out, not the owners fault. It came back on within a couple of hours. We thought with the power out we would use the grill or black stone in the listing. The grill wouldn’t ignite although gas would run and the black stone wasn’t there. I noted to the owner the black stone wasn’t there and we didn’t get a response, but we checked and the black stone was then removed from the property description instead. We have screenshots of the original listing.

Bad water!
The property was okay. It is on the water which is a huge Plus. However! The water inside of the cabin had a terrible odor of rotten eggs coming from it which was sulfur! We tried to leave it run several times for several minutes to try to get rid of the odor but no luck! I even poured a cup of water to see if it had any brown to it and noticed it was a film on top of the water definitely not safe to drink consume nor bathe! With that going on we could not stay we packed up and left out of there the next morning !When I messaged the owner and told her the situation she gave me back a partial refund and apparently went there when we left and informed me that nothing was wrong with that water that she had to call her plumber to tell him to turn around! That is a lie! Why would I want to lie about something like that and have to repack our stuff and be out of there the next morning! The right thing to do was to fully refund me due to the deplorable conditions of the water! Lesson learned if I don't see tons of reviews on a place I will not rent it! Now my flight is with vrbo hopefully they'll do the right thing and get my refund! And if it doesn't work with verbo I will go up higher! So Beware! Maybe that was the reason why they were running new water pipes! Again don't make me look like a liar you should have done the right thing!
