"Ariel at the front desk was wonderful and the Hotel was very convenient to the airport. We had to leave at 5AM just a few minutes before they started breakfast so I can't comment on it. Vending machines, restaurant, bar onsite, all with convenient hrs. Great rooms, bathrooms (Love Dove products), and a hotel we would definitely visit again!"

"Great welcome to Bilbao! Efficient shuttle service from the airport, eventhough the hotel shuttle was unable to transport my bike. No problem, a taxi handled it well. Check in fast and friendly. Room is new with cofortable bed and good shower. Next morning the gentleman at front office arranged for taxi service to accomodate my bike to the bus station in Bilbao. Great extra service, thank you! Highly recommend this hotel!"
