"Cute and modern, the Taos Motor Lodge has been carefully restored and is very welcoming. However, it is located on the far south side of town, making it a bit of a journey into the heart of Taos. Most rooms gave the highway, so light and noise also creep in, but over all, a good value for Taos."

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. "This was a small but cozy studio room (bed and living area combined) which was perfect for my wife and I. The heat worked well (we experienced Taos's first major snowstorm of the forthcoming winter season) and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. Mini frig. and small coffeemaker were great to have. Within walking distance of the Plaza. All in all, a wonderful visit!"
